Duties:

 

• Wipe down all outdoor furniture and remove/replace covers property-wide – daily
• Wash windows, inside and out, maintain exterior of the property including cleaning patio, power washing, grounds keeping/gardening
• Clean pool, spa filters Vacuum/skim pool
• Take out all household trash/boxes – daily
• Maintain -Wash & detail vehicles, Auto care, servicing vehicles
• Change A/C filters, clean drains & add algae tabs 
• Replace light bulbs property-wide (household perimeter)
• Maintain all in-house water filters (under sink, countertop & ice maker)
• All light trade maintenance, interior & exterior (plumbing, electric, HVAC, drywall/painting)
• Maintenance of exterior of building
• Maintain the scheduling of household services, vendors, projects and providing prior notification to Principals
• Full charge cleaning and laundry as needed
• Preparing principal(s) for travel including packing and unpacking
• Keeping supplies stocked, grocery shopping, errands
• Assists with planning and organizing parties and events in the home
• Participates in proper table settings and entertainment preparation if needed
• Serves meals and drinks and performs wait services when the family entertains
• Running personal errands for the Principal(s), Vet, Grocery shopping
• Pet care (shared with other staff)

 

Skills Required:

 

• Must be honest at all times
• Previous experience working in fine private homes
• Background in maintenance of pools, irrigation systems, gardens, HVAC, AV, lighting, plumbing, other household systems, power back-up and more
• Must speak great English and have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and adept understanding of computer, cell phone, and smart home technology
